The Panoramic Getaway Hotel Munnar, Munnar

The hotel offers lovely views and clean, spacious rooms, but the service was frustratingly slow, and I was disappointed with the dining options due to the lack of alcohol and limited hours. The spa services were also not up to standard, making it a mixed experience overall, and I'd probably look for other accommodations next time.

Our stay at this hotel was truly a memorable experience! The property offered stunning views, especially from our balcony. The spacious and clean rooms were a delight. We enjoyed the amenities like the temperature-controlled pools and the children's activity area. The food, particularly the North Indian cuisine, was delicious. However, I wish there was a pool in the main area as well. Overall, it's a fantastic place for families and definitely worth recommending.
